Same Table Test

The Same Table Test is a focused half-day business curation session for organizations that are developing something new or need to rethink something that is not yet working as it should.

It can be a new programme, partnership, community, customer or employee initiative, event, internal project or experience. Instead of testing the idea only through budgets, timelines and internal assumptions, we bring the relevant perspectives into the same conversation early enough to influence the outcome.

We test the idea through three lenses

People: Who will use, join, experience or be affected by it? What do we know and what are we currently assuming?

Creativity: Are we solving the right problem in the most relevant way? What other approaches should we consider?

What happens?

1. 30-minute alignment call: Before the session, we clarify the challenge, desired outcome and who should be at the table.

2. Preparation: SoundGarden reviews the existing context and prepares the session around your specific challenge.

3. Half-day working session: Usually 5–10 relevant participants. We work through the idea using business, people and creative perspectives.

4. Decision summary: After the session you receive a concise summary of key findings, decisions, open questions and recommended next steps.
